Rachael Fahncke
Owner and designer, Rachael has a background in marketing and graphic design, which comes in useful as a small business owner. While her formal education is in marketing her passion is interior design and organization. And if you hear singing in the showroom it is probably Rachael.
Amber Morrow
Our lead designer Amber is living proof collaboration breeds creativity. She loves collaborating with homeowners and tailoring every design to meet their needs, style, and budget. Each one better than the last. Designer, wife, and mother of two girls (and two goats) when she is not working she is dreaming of the relaxing at the beach with a Pina Colada in her hand.
Dave Bruns
Director of Opporations with over 25+ years of upper management experience, but he credits his wife & daughters for his keen eye for detail. Dave & his wife Julie are Miami University Alum, and their two daughters currently attend Miami in Oxford.
Ciera Gabriel
More than an office manager, Ciera has been our billing and communication HUB and an integral part of our team for the last 3 year. She has an infectious laugh, makes sure our team has everything we need, and keeps the showroom fresh and clean. At home she plays referee and chauffeur to her 3 active kids and is the biggest Ohio State Buckeye fan we know. She named her youngest daughter Scarlett. OH-IO!
Allie Ganino
“We’re all more than just consumers, we were created to create, to build, to innovate.” As our marketing manager Allie enjoys being part of a creative team, she manages our print and digital presence as well as community involvement. Allie always has time for coffee and Office memes. When she is not working she enjoying time with her 3 year old digging in the dirt, reading books, and playing dinos.
Blaike Windsor
Our newest team member and administrative coordinator has brought us consistently when it comes to follow up and maintaining communication. Blaike is a recent Notre Dame Grad where she was captain of her lacrosse team. Now she spends her evenings chasing after her rescue dog Arthur who is a bit of a flight risk. Their favorite cheat meal is Taco Bell.
Abbey Matuszak
Designer and sales manager, Abbey has a formal education and background in nutrition. But once she became a mom her desire for a different career took hold eventually leading her to Dayton Designer Closets. Abbey has been a part of our team since day one and she still finds time for her first passion, nutrition as a group fitness trainer.
